Some training courses, such as Title IX, require an employee to renew their certification(s),
and complete the refresher training each fiscal year.
Due to federal regulations, Title IX must be completed every FISCAL year. For the
University, our fiscal year is July 1 鈥 June 30. Regardless of completing the original
Title IX course or a Title IX Refresher course in May or June of the same calendar
year, every employee must complete a Title IX training for each fiscal year of employment.
The mechanism that tags our courses with the recommended ribbon is an algorithm based
on the most popular courses that your fellow peers are taking. Unfortunately, it is
hard coded into my澳门六合彩开奖appand unable to be deactivated.
We are currently working with PageUp to find a solution to reduce any confusion this
may have caused.
Disciplinary action for training non-compliance is not administered by 澳门六合彩开奖appHR and is left up to the employee's supervisor.
