PUBLIC NOTICE
The University of Alaska Land Management Office (UALM) is seeking public comment on the attached disposal plan.
Parties interested in commenting on this disposal plan must submit written comments to UALM by fax at (907)786-7733, by email at ua-land@alaska.edu, or at the address listed below by no later than 5:00 P.M. on Monday, September 16, 2024, to be considered.

Disposal Plan
The University of Alaska (鈥淯niversity鈥) intends to sell or lease the parking facility
located at 510 Barnette Street, in Fairbanks, Alaska at or above fair market value.
The parking facility is 103,666 square feet on three levels with 287 spaces situated
on a 1.110-acre parcel.
The standard documents that will be used to close sales in this offering are available
for review at www.alaska.edu/ualand.
This disposal plan is effective as long as the University owns the parcel.
