Naylor appointed as Chukchi Campus interim director

Minnie Naylor has been appointed to serve as the interim director of the University of Alaska Fairbanks in Kotzebue. Naylor鈥檚 first day was Aug, 1, 2022.
Naylor is originally from Kotzebue and has family from Noatak and Shishmaref. She holds master鈥檚 and bachelor鈥檚 degrees in rural development from UAF. Naylor is joining Chukchi Campus from UAF鈥檚 Rural Student Services, where she previously served as an academic advisor.
As interim director, Naylor will lead the Chukchi team in its mission: 鈥淭o be a responsive and collaborative rural college that inspires and develops each student to contribute to the cultural and civic needs of their community.鈥
