Employees must remove non-°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±appemail forwards by April 23
Per °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±appguidelines, employees are no longer allowed to forward their university email to non-°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±appemail accounts, including personal email addresses. To be in compliance, employees must remove any non-°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±appforwards within their °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±appaccounts by April 23, 2021.
- To update email forward options within your °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±appID account:
Log in at . - To the right of ‘Email Destination’ select the ‘change’ box .
- Change the selected radial from ‘Other’ to ‘°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±appGoogle – Recommended.’
- Select ‘Save Settings,’ then ‘Sign Out.’
