OIT Announcement: Facility Annual Systems Testing (FAST)
OIT Data Center Operations will be executing this year's Butrovich Computer Facility (BCF) FAST event on May 19, 2019 from 4 a.m. to 6 p.m. The work being performed during this year's FAST is limited to required preventative maintenance on both electrical and environmental systems within the BCF. The intent of the activity this year is for all other systems to remain up and operational. By design, this maintenance is intended to have zero impact on the delivery of IT services. Some BCF customers may choose to use this maintenance window to take systems offline for preventative maintenance or measures as they see fit.
