Mental Health Awareness and Training

Mental health affects how we think, feel and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others and make healthy choices. Mental health can change overtime, and can at times need some understanding and realignment.

We all have intense or negative thoughts and emotions at times. If we don鈥檛 manage them well, they can interfere with our peace of mind and enjoyment of life. This important session discusses strategies for improving your self-talk and emotional self-management skills to brighten our moods and enhance our ability to communicate effectively with others.
