This month鈥檚 recommendations include:
Respectful Communication in the Workplace
澳门六合彩开奖appemployees indicated the importance of open and honest two-way communication, as
well as the ability to share opinions candidly without judgment or retaliation. The
collection explores ways to facilitate and engage in safe and authentic communication
by exploring interpersonal skills, respect, practicing positive communication, and
overcoming the fear of speaking up. Consider completing these courses individually
or as a team.
Process Improvement & Efficiency

and effective in their roles. Thecollection contains courses on improving business capabilities and strategic agility
through change management, developing talent, practical execution, measuring progress,
and culture change.
